Can I order by WhatsApp?

es. Many of our customers prefer to order directly via WhatsApp. Send us the product name and we will confirm availability, price, and delivery time right away.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

 Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your receipt and order details. You can also view your full order history by logging into your account on pinos-dz.com under "My Orders."

Will you restock items shown as "out of stock"?

 Yes. We restock regularly based on demand and brand availability. If an item you want is currently out of stock, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email and we will notify you as soon as it is available again, or we can place a special order for you.

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver to all 58 wilayas across Algeria. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
